Territory Sales Representative

(Selected Candidate Should have 3+ Years ExperienceSelling Automotive/Industrial Lubricants and/or Chemicals)

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

We are looking for candidates who are committed to developing relationships with existing and potential customers. Business development is important but maintaining and continued development of existing customers can never be taken for granted.

The selected candidate will be required to follow up on sales leads, produce quotes and help determine what is required to acquire new business.

  • Generate leads, cold calling, and setting up appointments
  • Maintain customer database
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics and interaction with management
  • Deliver quotes and presentations of company products to current and potential clients
  • Schedulesales activity
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Propose and negotiate with current and potential clients
  • Maintain good relationship with leads and clients, and participate in salesevents
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development

Qualifications:

  • The selected candidate will be:
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales, and customer service
  • Knowledge of gear oil, hydraulic oil, way lube, process oils and cutting oils
  • Experience in sales
  • Experience in making presentations
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Bachelor's Degreepreferred
  • Good team player including the demonstrated ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment
