The Aging Services RM will focus on the Aging industry to develop and implement new clients and prospects within this sector. The RM will be responsible for generation and management of a profitable loan and deposit portfolio, and non-interest income through the development and retention of long term, profitable client relationships. Retains and strengthens current relationships, and actively seeks to develop new business through prospecting, Centers of Influence, and client referrals. Able to assess and be creative in providing credit solutions to bank clients. Meet and exceed sales goals in deposits, loans, revenue growth, profitability, and client acquisition. Effectively work with internal partners to drive cross-sales through referrals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience consisting of 8+ years experience in a lending credit, Treasury Management, Private Wealth Management, sales training or 8+ years in a financial services position.
- Demonstrated experience and success in meeting sales goals, managing client relationships and experience in credit, credit support or financial analysis.
- Completion of credit training program.
