On Behalf of our customer we are searching for a Workforce Transformation Senior Managing Consultant. The incumbent is responsible for leading transformation engagements that optimize enterprise-wide, business unit, and/or function organizational effectiveness, human capital strategies, and programs and practices to achieve corporate goals. The incumbent will be involved in developing workforce strategies and metrics that integrate the client's HR and business strategies as well as the external environment/trends. The incumbent may also involve developing and implementing initiatives within an integrated talent management framework to meet projected workforce needs and strategies.
