The Director, Human Resources will provide HR leadership to senior management and will develop and implement effective human resource strategies to support overall business objectives, including: Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Change management, Employee Relations, Leadership & Team Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity Awareness, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Employee Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Practical experience leading change and increasing organizational effectiveness within dynamic organizations.
