Multi-million dollar organization with a nationally recognized label is currently looking for a Vice President of Human Resources to set the strategic direction for the company. We need someone that can organize the HR staff and manage all HR functions. The ideal candidate will partner with and educate senior management in the organization's staffing strategy. The ability to deal with issues pertaining to a broad spectrum of employees (union, harvest, hourly, exempt, executive) required. 5-7 years of Human Resources management experience is required at the director level or above.
