This position supports the CIO and EVP of Enterprise Systems Solutions and those business leaders and approximately 3800 employees in geographically dispersed locations. The Vice President, Human Resources will be responsible for providing HR leadership and strategic consulting to the Division's business leaders. A thorough understanding of strategic and tactical business plans and the human resource implications of those plans are essential.
