Need to contribute to long-term strategic and annual operating plans and to provide HR input and leadership in the North American business planning process as well as develop and implement the North American HR strategy including organizational development, remuneration and employee relations consistent with the achievement of business goals and compliance with local laws. The VP, of HR will coordinate with global Mining Services HR for targeted global achievements and will need to manage people aspects of mergers, acquisitions and business investments.
