The successful incumbent must possess the maturity and adaptability to manage Human Resources objectives within a number of different business units with different cultures. He/she must also be a strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus. Additionally, he/she must be an excellent facilitator who is experienced in resolving conflicts between different parties to a dispute. The Human Resource Director possesses the ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
