The primary purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of the Field Human Resources (HR) department as it pertains to functional execution of all programs/policies/processes that the function of Human Resources is responsible. This position also oversees recruiting, labor and employee relations, talent development and compliance to all related programs. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.
