Act as an advisor and partner to Human Resources (HR) to support the alignment of HR activities to the values of the company. Evaluate risk in employment practices throughout the world to determine priority areas for policies, communication, training, auditing and other controls. Provide counsel to company management regarding employment law issues and oversee performance of outside counsel advising on employment and labor matters, including litigation.
