Leads a world-class talent acquisition function to insure that the company is able to attract key talent to augment its workforce and meet current and future needs of the business. Provides strategic direction in the processes and practices associated with the attraction of PGRD/Medical Division talent across the corporation at all levels. Plays a direct, active, involved and highly consultative role with the HR leadership and Senior Executive teams across the corporation.
