Establish ongoing dialogue with each functional area of the brands to ensure they have an understanding of employment, compensation / benefits, career pathing, retention strategies and communication issues/trends. Developing and implementing a strong staffing strategy and workforce planning for headquarters and stores that will ensure the workforce needs of the brands are met to support business objectives.
