An exciting and challenging opportunity has become available with our client for a Director of HRIS and Compensation role. The Director of HRIS and Comp is responsible for driving critical strategic aspects of HR data primarily in the HRIS (PeopleSoft) /HR tools arena and supporting the implementation of third party HR tools including Performance Management, Learning Management Systems, Survey analysis tools and similar projects.
