In this role, you will be responsible for managing the external talent acquisition process, which includes effective recruiting and hiring procedures that will result in attracting and retaining the highest qualified candidates for all openings. This position includes the management and coaching of a team of Corporate and Technical Recruiters who are aligned with key business functions, and requires partnering with corporate and divisional HR Generalists and business leaders to support their external hiring needs.
