This is a newly created position and an exciting opportunity for a true Player/Coach seeking to design and implement an exceptional recruitment model. The successful candidate will be accountable for the overall development and execution of best-in-class recruitment strategies to enable the growth of the organization while enhancing and streamlining recruitment processes. Responsible for establishing, managing and defining the recruitment model that will include developing recruitment plans, policies, processes, practices, resources and business metrics that drive organizational excellence.
