Partner with business unit on aligning HR practices with strategic business initiatives. Keep current of the goals, capabilities, development priorities and needs of the businesses and functions they support. Maintain network of HR and business contacts to facilitate knowledge sharing, transfer and completion of key deliverables. Work with global HR business partners to define vision and develop strategy around future talent management needs. Design and deploy strategies, programs and practices that allow the company to attract "top talent".
