This position will drive specialized staffing programs with a strong emphasis on acquiring diverse talent, to address the unique needs of this client organization. This position will work with internal and external partners such as central sourcing, agencies, research companies, as well as handle direct sourcing to meet the staffing plan. Previous executive search, internal staffing strategy management, and demonstrable success in executive relationship management are required.
