The Staffing Director will partner with management in workforce planning and be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that proactively satisfy the demand of the business. Responsibilities also include recruitment branding, relocation management, external vendor contracts and relationships, and the effective use of tools and technology including applicant tracking.
