As the Sr. Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting senior level talent to the company. You will be responsible for working with our senior leaders in identifying, assessing and qualifying candidates for key Director and above level positions. You will be assigned several functional areas and client groups and will be a generalist recruiter in those areas as needed, managing confidential searches, incumbent searches and new positions to the organization.
