Recruits, interviews and recommends qualified experienced and executive level candidates to respective departments. Establishes and utilizes relationships with employment agencies or other candidate sources as needed. Seeks out and recommends sources of candidates including the Internet, colleges, job fairs, technical schools, etc. Assists in the development and implementation of recruiting strategies tailored to the needs of a specific functional area or division of the organization.
