As a senior manager of Organizational Development, this person will support the development and execution of global OD strategies with a focus on team and organization effectiveness. The senior manager will have primary responsibility for supporting both corporate and client-based initiatives with HR Consulting groups based in San Jose, but will also be a resource and connection for global organizational development efforts and initiatives.
