Working with a number of different business units to identify how training will improve the effectiveness of their operations. Strategically implementing these training programs (both classroom and technology driven) and tailoring them to fit each specific business unit. Meeting with line managers of all business units in order to build relationships and become the main point of contact in North America for all training related matters.
