The primary purpose of this position is to direct the multi-year planning, development of a total rewards philosophy to maximize employee retention and the return on investment for compensation, benefits, and equity programs. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.
