This position is responsible for all aspects of creating and managing the planning, development and implementation of integrated employment programs that accomplish corporate objectives in the areas of employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations and training in compliance with applicable federal and state legislation. Additionally serves as the internal consultant to all staff in personnel, policy and program matters.
