The HR Lead has a clear understanding of the business strategy and operating plan and ensures an HR strategy that drives productivity and revenue growth. Working with the business unit leader, the HR Lead is accountable for structuring the division appropriately, having the right leaders and talent in place, developing a pipeline of talent, and creating a ?great place to work? business environment. This position drives the culture change process and works with business leaders to build leadership capability and an effective organization.
