Job Description:
Designs, manages, implements and evaluates corporate business training. Collaborates with business units to develop business-aligned strategic training initiatives. Supports divisionally specialized corporate training programs. Translates business requirements and competency assessments into a functional training plan to support the development of required knowledge, skills and abilities. Develops the evaluation strategy to determine the effectiveness of training and progress in closing knowledge and skill gaps. Develops and executes the functional training plan.
