Provides the full spectrum of compensation support to the Commercial organization. Assesses business objectives and works with executives, line management, HR Generalists and others in Compensation department to support those objectives. Assesses compensation programs, policies and practices, presents conclusions to appropriate management and makes recommendations for action. Develops and conducts compensation training programs to familiarize managers and other employees with key elements of the company's compensation programs.
