This position is responsible for working with the Vice President of Benefits in the design, vendor selection, vendor management, implementation, communication, compliance and servicing of all retirement program and deferred compensation programs.Financial analysis of retirement and deferred compensation programs. Implement retirement and deferred compensation program changes.Coordinate and manage implementations of new programs.Oversee all compliance matters, including 5500s, SARs, HIPAA, plan documents, vendor contracts, and all other compliance requirements.
