Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Vice President, Human Resources will be an integral part of the senior management team responsible for setting the strategic direction of the human resources function so that it supports the growth and goals of the company. He/she will be responsible for all areas of human resources, including, but not limited to, organizational development, compensation and benefits, training and development, and recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
