At a high level, this position will be responsible for developing, validating, and deploying technical knowledge assessments on core technologies. Organizational needs assessment and job task analysis to identify business needs for training and performance improvement solutions. Job task analysis with regards to building automation products, and establish learning objectives in support of job tasks.
