Deliver on all areas of recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, assessment, and extending candidate offers. Pro actively identify, source, and recruit candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, direct sourcing, employee referrals, research, print media, networking and internet postings. Conduct thorough interviews with selected candidates. Coach and train hiring managers on behavioural interviewing selection method.
