This role acts as the primary liaison between the business and HR Department. The Manager of Human Resources provides HR coordination in all aspects of HR procedures and processes with the goal of maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce. This position oversees the staffing function in their areas, provides assessment, consultation and conflict resolution support for corporate associates and executives on issues related to performance, morale, diversity, company policies/procedures and state/federal law.
