Individual will oversee and manage an array of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans including 401(k), pension and deferred compensation programs for thousands of employees and retirees. Will lead a staff of three professionals and be responsible for plan design and administration, vendor management and ensuring maximum employee participation through developing and implementing education, training and communication programs.
