As a member of the Learning & Performance Center, this position will design and develop courses, curricula, and other learning solutions of various size, scope, and complexity for the Culture & Organization Development Center and the Leadership & Employee Development Center. The position will also be engaged in the implementation of learning solutions, including opportunities to train and facilitate.
