This position is responsible for oversight of the Health and Welfare Benefit processes and supporting suppliers. Responsibilities include appropriate service delivery of H&W, supplier management, compliance, risk management and expertise for H&W case management. Manage H&W Service Delivery as a process and the relationships with all Benefits Suppliers. Accountable for meeting service level objectives, including project goals and Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements.
