Recommend and implement the short and long range management development resources planning to support the needs of the business with a focus towards building an organization of strength and diversity. Direct the development of human resources planning systems and models to provide the Company with information to make comprehensive human resources strategy decisions. Define and recommend the performance management strategy and process to ensure that the Company's performance management criteria is aligned with the business strategy.
