This position will provide broad Human Resource generalist expertise to assist the client organization in achieving their business objectives and ensure successful integration of Human Resource practices and corporate policies with business unit goals. This individual will serve as a business partner with management teams and individual employees to identify unique solutions to emerging issues. Primary applications will be in the areas of Project managing HR initiatives, Performance Management, Labor/Employee Relations, Workforce Planning, and providing counseling and coaching regarding day to day supervisory responsibilities.
