This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of the disbursement related operations. This includes the Accounts Payable and Payroll Teams. Organization consists of approximately 80 to 90 associates. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing direction and guidance to the teams in order to ensure the successful and timely delivery of agreed upon services and service levels for Accounts Payable and Payroll processing; assisting the Director, SSSC in developing and negotiating service level agreements (SLAs) with the internal and external customers.
