Manage and run a civilian personnel performance management program for a large organization. Process Performance Plan status reports and Appraisal Status report and analyze the data. Conduct training on Performance Management and Pay Pool procedures. Provide management a status of training for all employees, rating officials, and pay pool panel members. Conduct other HR related training and assist staff in developing functional training.
