This position manages the activities of the manufacturing associate relations function, providing human resource services to manufacturing and distribution salaried and hourly personnel. Supports the manufacturing/distribution organization by recommending and implementing policies and procedures and provides human resource counseling and assistance to managers and associates on policies and procedures.
