The HR Director will work in a matrixed environment, reporting to the global head of HR for the Chief Development Office, and working closely with the global executive team of the office of the CTO. Potential candidates should have between 10+ years of relevant HR and OD experience; a broad background in all areas of HR including: staffing, corporate culture, and team assessment/training; and experience with a large, global organization, developing HR strategies that are aligned with the overall business objectives.
