Job Description:
In-depth knowledge of Labor law and other relevant laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Open minded, flexible, proactive and a team player. Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking. Perform a HR generalist role and responsible for day to day HR operation in support of the business unit operation. Oversee HR management functions including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, career development, termination and etc. Review and update HR policies to ensure in compliance with government regulations.
