Be the main point-of-contact for HR into IT to insure the level of service meets or exceeds business requirements and to insure two-way flow of communications. Work with HR to define priorities for projects, requests for enhancements, and service requests and set expectations for IT delivery. Drive business case and cost/benefit analysis to determine proper scope for success. Work with diverse business stakeholders to identify and document business processes and requirements.
