Recruit to fill experienced hire positions with best available talent as directed by practice leadership and People Team. Function as main recruiting point of contact for key client groups and internal and external candidates. Develop and execute on appropriate sourcing strategies, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives and creative sourcing techniques.
