Partner with other HR professionals and support a diverse client group including scientific, technical, clerical, service and skilled trades employees. Provide advice and guidance to supervisors and Lab management in resolving labor relations and employee relations issues and problems, and on the interpretation and application of union contract provisions, employment laws, and internal policies. Conduct investigations and report on findings. Serve as chief spokesperson in local negotiations where appropriate and participate in collective bargaining negotiations.
