Job Description:

This position will report directly to the VP Lodging HR for Sales & marketing (based at Corporate) with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Customer Care. (GSCC) In this capacity, he/she will play a strong execution role in ensuring HR initiatives and business priorities are achieved. He/she will have supervisory responsibility for the nine DHRs who provide HR support for the Reservation Sales Offices, International Fulfillment Services, Guest Services, National Group Sales and EventCom.
