Facilitates the development of talents of less experienced associates through coaching and mentoring. Participates on cross-functional teams, and promotes teamwork with the practice, office, and region. Meets or exceeds performance standards for financial reporting, revenue generation, financial management, and work quality. Effectively presents and discusses current issues with clients and prospects.
