Consults with division and product delivery on the development, implementation, communication and administration of incentive plans and programs for our sales representatives, travel agents, and life insurance specialists. Contributes to overall compensation philosophy for Sales and Market Mgmt. Evaluates results to ensure that plans are motivating the desired results and align with our enterprise goals.
