Design and execute training initiatives to maximize the sales team's productivity and potential for generating profitable volume, to include programs developed in conjunction with the training staff of Solutions. In support of periodic sales initiatives, this position will provide support in the development of persuasive selling materials, product knowledge resources, retail management tools, sales policies, etc.
