The VP, Sales & Client Strategy position leads the Large Plan Sales and client mgmt organization's annual strategy and revenue planning process and tracks execution and results. Develops & implements strategic business initiatives, communications approaches, processes and tools. Provides reporting and analysis to inform decision making. This individual regularly interacts with all levels of Management, including members of the HRS Senior Leadership Team,and key business partners.
